Indiana Secretary of State Communications Plan

This communication plan was created as a class project at Ball State University. The task was to help increase the voter turnout for college-aged voters between the ages of 18 and 24 in local and state elections. The main objective was to facilitate an on-campus event that would get college-aged students interested in the voting process. The communication plan consists of background research, creative brief, pitch email, media alert, spokesperson profile, memo, news release, fact sheet and 60 second PSA. YWCA Strategic Communications Plan

This communication plan was devised to bring awareness to the mission and services that are provided by the YWCA Central Indiana chapter. The YWCA’s mission is to eliminate racism and empower women and promoting peace, justice, dignity and freedom for all. They accomplish this by providing services such as, but not limited to, women’s healthcare, financial literacy, children’s recreational services, professional development and emergency and permanent housing placement. This communication plan contains an executive summary, situation analysis, key publics and stakeholders, key message platforms, goals, strategies, objectives and tactics, implementation timeline, evaluation and appendices. This plan was created for a class project and presented to a representative from the YWCA Central Indiana board.
